Machined and CNC Components

Goudsmit UK have become specialists in the supply of Machined and CNC components. The range of applications for machined and CNC components within the oil & gas sector are infinite, ranging from pumps and valves to instrumentation. Our production facilities are equipped to produce a wide range of forms and designs with components being hardened, annealed and tempered as required.

Castings

Castings can be supplied in a variety of materials ranging from carbon steel to 400 / 300 series stainless steels. Traditional manual methods or CNC machining are used to make patterns and as we are able to offer a full range of 2nd op machining, fully machined parts not just raw castings can be supplied.

 

 

 Forgings

Goudsmit UK are able to supply forging for applications where minimal weight and high strength are the governing requirements. We work in partnership with our customer to ensure that the forgings produced require minimal material removal during the machining process guaranteeing the supply of cost effective products.

Magnetic Products

Being part of the Goudsmit Group, which has been in the magnetics industry since 1948, we are able to supply magnetic products and assemblies ranging from straightforward magnets to customised magnetic solutions. AlNiCo, ferrite, samarium cobalt and NeFeB magnets can all be supplied.

Quality

Goudsmit’s ISO 9001 approved QA system is focused around the needs of customers. QA documentation is a key part in the QA system, right from purchase of raw material to shipment of the finished product. Each material batch used for manufacture is supplied with certificates ranging from certificate of conformance through to EN 10204 3.1 certification, if greater traceability is required.
