Making a product is only 50% of what our clients need from us. They also want our products to arrive on time, in the right quantity and to the right quality again and again on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Needless to say this does not happen by magic. Even before we have begun to make something our project management needs to be right, the QA team need to look at measurement and gauging requirements and the design team will need to check if bespoke packaging will be required to enable the product to reach the client in perfect condition.
