    About the role: 

    As the Senior Marketing Executive at Goudsmit UK, you will join a dynamic team working closely with sales. Your strategic mindset and creative flair will be the driving force behind campaigns that not only distinguish us in the market but also propel us to new heights.

    Job description:

    • Conduct Market Research and Analysis staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities and marketing dynamics. 
    • Using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
    • Develop and Implement effective Marketing Strategies aligned with Goudsmit UK’s key business objectives, ensuring they are communicated to all relevant departments.
    • Oversee and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Maintain and enhance the Goudsmit UK brand image.
    • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC.
    • Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including Goudsmit UK website, blog, social media and company literature.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and management, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • All other duties as reasonably required.

    Essential Criteria

    • 3+ years recent experience in a similar role.
    • Third level qualification in a relevant marketing specialism.
    • A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Professional manner with excellent communication and strong creative skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and reports simply and at all levels of the business.
    • Ability to interpret data and display information for reporting purposes.
    • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
    • High degree of initiative and confidentiality.
    • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
    • Self-motivated, independent, dynamic and results driven.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and work within project deadlines.
    • Ability to relate and understand all areas of the business.
    • Willingness to be flexible with regards to working hours ability to travel outside of Northern Ireland if required.

    Desirable Criteria:

    • General industry experience.
    • Working knowledge of marketing software and tools such as the Adobe suite, Canva, Google reporting tools, etc.
