    Creeslough Community Support Fund

Our New Business Development Executive, Michael, used his donation toward the Creeslough Community Support Fund. The Creeslough Community Support Fund has been established by the Irish Red Cross in collaboration with An Post and Applegreen to provide rapid and long-term assistance to the Creeslough community.

All donations to this fund will be dedicated to the support of those who have been bereaved, injured, made homeless, or left without an income as a result of the tragedy.

Our sincere condolences and prayers are extended to the families who have lost loved ones and the whole community of Creeslough who have been affected.

    NI Hospice

From June to August a member of our operations team, Sinead, completed her #40to40 walk, consisting of 40 5K walks up to her 40th birthday which kicked off on the 25th of June. Goudsmit UK proudly supported Sinead on her fundraiser, with the team joining in with some of her walks and also donating £250 to the cause.

Northern Ireland Hospice has been delivering palliative care to local people across Northern Ireland for over 35 years. They provide comfort and quality of life for their patients. The charity also support the families helping relieve fear and suffering associated with loss. NI Hospice’s work is based on the values of the preciousness of life, respect, compassion, and medical ability.

Sinead raised an incredible total of £3,800 for the charity in memory of her beloved uncle, Frank. A beautiful tribute, well done Sinead!

    Friends of the Cancer Centre

Based at the heart of the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital, the charity funds lifesaving and life-changing projects that make a real and lasting difference to the lives of thousands of local people affected by cancer and in the last year alone, Friends of the Cancer Centre has put over £1.1 million back into local cancer services.

Friends of the Cancer Centre provide support in three main ways:

The charity has been long supported by Goudsmit UK, which is why Anne from our operations team used her £250 donation toward the cause. Anne’s young son, Roan, alongside his cousin completed a walk two lengths of Minerstown beach in Co. Down and raised a total of £350.00 for the charity. Members of the Goudsmit UK team were proud to support the pair on their walk. Well done boys!
